Proofread your submissions carefully for grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy.
Formatting and Style:
Use a friendly, conversational tone—informative yet accessible.
Adhere to AP Style for grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
Artist names, album titles, and song names should be accurately capitalized and italicized (albums) or placed within quotation marks (songs).
Dates should follow the format: Month Day, Year (e.g., July 20, 2024).
Use short paragraphs and subheadings to enhance readability.
Photos and Media:
All submitted photos must be your own or provided by authorized photographers.
Include captions and photo credits with submissions.
Provide high-resolution images in JPG or PNG format.
Legal Considerations:
By submitting content to Grateful Web, you affirm that your work is original and free of copyright infringement.
You grant Grateful Web a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and distribute your submitted work across all platforms.
You retain ownership and copyright of your original content.
Media Pass Policy:
Media passes provided by Grateful Web are solely for professional use and coverage of specific events.
Writers are expected to produce timely content following events attended with media credentials.
Misuse of media credentials or failure to submit coverage may affect eligibility for future opportunities.
Communication:
Maintain professionalism when interacting with event organizers, artists, and other industry contacts.
Respond promptly to editorial communications and deadlines.
