Mt. Joy is continuing to play iconic venues across North America and is excited to announce two very special concerts at Colorado’s famed Red Rocks Amphitheater and Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater. The band is coming off selling out New York City’s legendary Madison Square Garden and releasing three new singles: the rousing “She Wants to Go Dancing,” a new version of their anthemic “Highway Queen” featuring Maren Morris, and a holiday collaboration with the Philly Specials, “Santa Drives an Astrovan.” Mt. Joy just wrapped up an incredible string of sold-out headlining shows across North America, including stops in Philadelphia, Nashville, Chicago, and festivals like Bourbon & Beyond and Oceans Calling. This summer saw the Philadelphia five-piece headline shows at The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and two shared headlining shows at Fenway Park with Noah Kahan. The band's undeniable musical prowess, live musicianship, and stage presence are steadily catapulting them toward becoming household names as they fast become one of America’s most beloved live bands.
The band’s collaboration with The Philly Specials reached #1 on the iTunes Holiday Chart and is part of the third LP in the holiday trilogy from Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson, and Jordan Mailata. Proceeds from album sales go to support Children’s Crisis Treatment Center’s Holiday Toy Drive, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Snowflake Station, and other Philadelphia-based organizations. Mt. Joy recently performed the song with Jason Kelce at a tailgate before an Eagles game, garnering national attention for the charity project.
Tickets for the shows in Colorado go on sale to the public on Friday, November 22nd, at 10 a.m. local time, and the band will be joined by rock band The Temper Trap. Throughout the two days in Denver, the band will host their annual merch pop-up, where fans can congregate, meet the band, and buy exclusive merch and art from both the band and local vendors.

About Mt. Joy:
The Philadelphia- and Los Angeles-based band—Matt Quinn [vocals, guitar], Sam Cooper [guitar], Sotiris Eliopoulos [drums], Jackie Miclau [keys, piano], and Michael Byrnes [bass]—takes its name from the quiet and rural national park in Southwest Pennsylvania, about four hours from their Philadelphia base. Forming in 2016, they made their mark two years later with their self-titled debut album, Mt. Joy (2018), which spun off the platinum single “Silver Lining,” an uplifting power ballad that went to #1 at AAA radio (Billboard Adult Alternative Airplay) and has eclipsed over 240 million streams across platforms.
Their second album, Rearrange Us (2020), drew widespread critical raves, with the title track gaining 92 million Spotify streams since its release. Their third LP, Orange Blood (2022), came out of the pandemic and further cemented their success with another #1, “Lemon Tree,” at AAA and a 70-date headline tour that sold over 180K tickets.
Over the past five years, Mt. Joy has amassed over half a billion streams and earned acclaim from NPR, Billboard, Rolling Stone, The Line of Best Fit, and more. Throughout their career, the band has performed at major festivals such as Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and Bonnaroo. Additionally, the band has appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, CBS This Morning, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, Late Night with Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Conan.
