For its second iteration, North Beach Music Festival plans to take over the Miami Beach Bandshell and adjacent Bandshell Park over three days—the 9th to the 11th—this December. Today, the festival shares its daily lineup, and starting tomorrow fans can secure single-day tickets for the event via northbeachmusicfestival.com.
The Friday night kick-off on December 9th will take place exclusively at the Miami Beach Bandshell as a celebration of the venue's designation as a historic landmark. There will be performances from Miami-based band Lemon City Trio, Brandon "Taz" Niederaurer, and two sets from jam-titans moe. As a result of Friday's reduced capacity, Friday-only tickets will be limited.
Over Saturday and Sunday, the festival expands to Bandshell Park and fans can expect two full days of music between the two stages. Saturday, December 10th welcomes Shira Elias, Melt, Doom Flamingo, Keller Williams, Trouble No More, and Dopapod. To close out Saturday, Lotus will headline takeover the Park Stage for their headlining set where they will utilize the park's lights and lasers for a special and immersive experience.
The festival promises to end its 2022 iteration on a high note with a packed Sunday schedule on December 11th. Sunday's performances include Miami-based duo Afrobeta as well as South Florida-based jamtronica band Guavatron. Sunday also welcomes Cool Cool Cool, the new project featuring former Turkuaz members Craig Brodhead, Chris Brouwers, Michelangelo Carubba, Shira Elias, Sammi Garrett, and Greg Sanderson alongside Nate Edgar. Additionally, Sunday's lineup includes Neighbor, Antibalas, and Karl Denson's Tiny Universe before Sunday-night headliner Lettuce closes out the festival.
In addition to single-day passes, two-day tickets can be purchased for either a Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday combo. Fans who opt for a two- or three-day pass will be given exclusive First Access to late-night pre-sale tickets.
