The tri-state area’s premier Grateful Dead influenced jam band, This Old Engine delivered a two-set closing performance for the Watkins Glen Revival 2022 concert held on May 21 on the grounds of the Swim & Sport Club of Flanders, New Jersey. Presented by JamFam Productions, the daylong concert celebrated the historic Summer Jam at Watkins Glen concert that drew a record-breaking crowd in the summer of 1973. The original Summer Jam at Watkins Glen featured The Allman Brothers Band, The Band, and The Grateful Dead. The Watkins Glen Revival 2022 featured the region's and nation's premier tribute bands with This Old Engine stepping into the Grateful Dead’s closer slot.  Joining TOE on the bill are The THE BAND Band and The Peach Project. This Old Engine’s festival finale sets sizzled in the May heatwave, and led the crowd of over 800 to an extended dance party for over two hours.
