YarmonyGrass is proud to unveil the music schedule for the 2012 festival taking place at State Bridge Amphitheater & Rancho Del Rio Aug. 2-5. Headliner Railroad Earth is set to play two huge sets Saturday night, and festival goers can expect four full days of non-stop entertainment and recreational opportunities. Additionally, festival organizers are offering a two-day ticket option where all the music and camping for Saturday and Sunday is available online for $89.This year’s festival features the return of Railroad Earth, accompanied by Elephant Revival, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, members of String Cheese Incident and others, joining forces for Yarmony’s seventh annual get-together. Other confirmed performers include The Contribution, Honkytonk Homeslice, Poor Man’s Whiskey featuring Michael Kang performing “Dark Side of the Moonshine,” Todd Sheaffer, Danny Barnes, The Drunken Hearts, The Grant Farm, Sons of Fathers, Dead Winter Carpenters, Fruition, and The Tumbleweed Wanderers.State Bridge and Rancho Del Rio are located on the banks of the Colorado River. Each summer, festival patrons make the most of their time on the river, which offers a variety of whitewater rafting, stand-up paddleboarding, floating, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Several boat ramps are within close proximity to the festival, including ramps at Rancho Del Rio and State Bridge.This year's festival kicks off Thursday, Aug. 2 at State Bridge Amphitheater. In addition to the music, the event features a host of activities including songwriting, yoga and hooping workshops. For adventurous attendees, there are paddleboard clinics as well as rafting and floating options to make the most of the time adjacent to the Colorado River.
