The World’s Largest Bourbon Festival, Bourbon & Beyond, will make its anticipated return to Louisville, KY Friday, September 20, Saturday, September 21, and Sunday, September 22, expanding to three days full of incredible music, unique culinary events, and unmatched experiences from the region’s best distilleries at the new Highland Festival Grounds At KY Expo Center.

The inaugural three-day Buckle Up Music Festival today unveiled its full lineup and daily schedules including Alabama, Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss and Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas, The Band Perry and many more.

“I Just Come Here For The Music” from country music legend Don Williams and featuring Alison Krauss  was nominated for a GRAMMY last night in the Best Country Duo/Group Category.  Awards will be given out at the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 10th, 2013.

Don Williams’ legions of fans across the globe have long been hoping, but likely not expecting to hear new recordings from him again. He has been pretty determined to spend most of his time on his Tennessee farm, quietly, with his family— and for over four decades, country music’s “Gentle Giant” has been known for doing what he wants to do.

Just as the day prior, the Tennessee sun decided to give me a rude awakening by cooking me alive in my tent.  Sleep is not something that happens very often at a major music festival.  Either you are up too late or the morning comes too soon.  Thank goodness for pure adrenaline and Kashi granola bars… it’s the little things that keep you grooving!  When making our way to Centeroo for the start of day 3, we stumbled across this fellow attempting to channel his inner George Harrison<

TO Records is excited to announce that Dawes has confirmed 17 dates supporting Alison Krauss & Union Station. Beginning July 27 in Danbury, CT, the dates run through August 27, and include stops at New York’s Beacon Theatre, the Fox in Atlanta and two shows at The Ryman in Nashville.

Alison Krauss and Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas have joined the lineup for the 6th annual Mountain Jam Music Festival. Krauss is the recipient of a staggering 27 Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for her collaboration with Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant, Raising Sand. She is the most awarded female artist (and the second most awarded artist overall), in Grammy history.

"Tennessee, Tennessee, there ain't no place I'd rather be, Baby, won't you carry me back to Tennessee."  As I packed up the car and prepared for my road trip, I couldn't shake the lyrics of 'Tennessee Jed' off my mind.  Chicago, IL to Manchester, TN – 534 miles.  This was going to be my triumphant return to the festival I had grown to love in its first three years, but hadn't been able to get back to since 2004.  Bonnaroo, for some, is the pinnacle of music festivals across the nation
