For one night only, the critically acclaimed Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience featuring two-time Emmy® Award-winning composer Ramin Djawadi will return for a special encore event at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA.

The Trouble Notes, world travelers turned musicians, are set to release their upcoming single “Liberty Awaits” on November 18th. “Liberty Awaits” is an epic tale paying tribute to the great immigrant voyage, intended to help others connect with their journey and see the parallels to many immigrants of today.

Marcus Gad returns with the single "Ready For Battle," the title track from his upcoming album, scheduled for a February 2023 release. Gad, the rising reggae star from the island nation of New Caledonia, returns here to work with his usual backing band, Tribe, for a more organic, roots oriented sound, after his last project where he and his producer Tamal dived into modern, programmed beats on the Brave New World album (2021).

The whole of Juno-nominated songwriter Jill Barber’s new album—Homemaker, out February 10th via Outside Music—focuses on a delicate balance between living out her role as “Canada’s Sweetheart” in the public eye and the complexities of motherhood and marriage at home.

Singer, songwriter and guitarist, Alexis Cunningham, will release her retro-rock with a twist infused, original holiday song, “Let it Feel Like Christmas” this Friday.  Co-written and produced by Eric Bazilian (The Hooters), the duo will debut the song live at NBC and PECO's Tree Lighting ceremony at the Delaware River waterfront on December 2nd.

The coveted Roots Blues duo of Vancouver-based and Alberta-born Blue Moon Marquee, are again seeing their name up in lights - this time on the face of the Toronto Blues Society’s Maple Blues Awards where they’ve scored four nominations -  Entertainer of the Year, Acoustic Act of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Recording/Producer of the Year - ahead of the ceremony on January 30, 2023. In December, Jazz Power Initiative celebrates Dr. Barry Harris (1929-2021), the Internationally renowned jazz pianist, composer, educator, community builder and keeper of the bebop flame. Dr. Harris profoundly inspired Jazz Power Initiative since its founding in 2003 as The Jazz Drama Program and we were fortunate to officially honor him during his lifetime, have him visit our program and offer us ongoing guidance and encouragement.
