Today, GRAMMY-winning bandleader, composer, arranger, and pianist Steven Feifke released his new single “Ali Dell'Angelo,” a bold new composition with a soaring trio of standout solos from saxophonist Alexa Tarantino, Feifke himself, and drummer Bryan Carter. “Ali Dell’Angelo” comes on the heels of Feifke’s victory at the 2023 GRAMMY Awards; it is a historic first-time win for Feifke, who became the youngest ever winner for Best Large Jazz Ensemble Album in the category’s six decade existence.

The Hackles, made up of Kati Claborn (vocals/guitar/banjo/clarinet), Luke Ydstie (vocals/guitar/bass/keys) and Halli Anderson (vocals/violin), release their album, What a beautiful thing I have made, today. New Breed Brass Band is putting a fresh spin on a New Orleans tradition - the second-line brass band. The up and coming band has announced their debut album today with music that both honors the second-line tradition and brings it into the future with a mix of funk, rock, hip-hop, R&B and bounce music. Made In New Orleans (out April 28) is a thrilling collection of songs that captures the relentless energy of their street party sensibilities.

Award-winning roots singer/guitarist JW-Jones announces a May 26 release date for his new solo album, Everything Now, on Solid Blues Records, distributed by Stony Plain. Joining him on the new disc are special guests Jimmie Vaughan, The Texas Horns, Rob McNelley, Stanton Moore and Gordie Johnson of Canadian roots monsters, Big Sugar, among others. JW penned the entire album with fellow Canadian legends Dick Cooper and Johnson (who also produced).

Philadelphia based indie-folk artist and multi-instrumentalist Adam Monaco delivers his newest offering, “Nevermind,” available on all major streaming platforms April 7th. Monaco’s seasoned artistry shines through on this track, having refined his craft over years of collaborating with other musicians in the Philadelphia music scene in addition to spending his free time giving back to his community at large.
