On Friday, October 14th, Flushing Town Hall will present “The Swinging Sounds of Coleman Hawkins” featuring Lew Tabackin and his ensemble.
Saxophonist Lew Tabackin is one of New York City’s most notable jazz musicians, whose importance was acknowledged this summer when he was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award by The Jazz Foundation of America.
On Friday, September 23rd, Flushing Town Hall presents GRAMMY-winning American jazz drummer and Queens native Lenny White & Friends for an exciting evening of jazz fusion at 8 PM EST. The performance will feature White’s original arrangements
White will be joined by Tom Guarna (guitar), Quinton Zoto (guitar), Richie Goods (bass), and Vince Evans (piano and synthesizers).
