Mixed and mastered by 4x-Grammy Award-winning engineer Dave Way, the six song EP exudes the positive energy and love for which the band is well known.

Today, San Francisco-based collective Moonalice releases “Yes We Can Can.” Originally written by Allen Toussaint and later recorded by The Pointer Sisters, “Yes We Can Can” has become a new motto for Moonalice with it’s motivating lyrics “We know we can make it work, I know we can make it if we try” and “Oh yes we can, great, gosh almighty yes we can.” The song’s message is loud and clear, yes we can!

San Francisco-based psychedelic soul group Moonalice releases “Love, Peace and Happiness.” The opening line serves as a mantra for vocalists Lester Chambers and his son Dylan: “All our love, peace, and happiness, we want to give to you yeah.” Initially written by The Chambers Brothers as the counterpart to “Time Has Come Today,” “Love, Peace and Happiness” has been a Chambers family anthem for over 50 years.

San Francisco-based psychedelic soul group Moonalice releases “People Get Ready.” The new single is a fresh take on the Curtis Mayfield track that The Chambers Brothers originally released on their 1965 debut album ‘People Get Ready.’ Named the unofficial anthem of the Civil Rights Movement by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the song is often used to get people marching or to calm and comfort them.

San Francisco-based psychedelic soul group Moonalice is set to release their latest studio EP, ‘Full Moonalice Vol. 1’, on the high holy day of April 20. The six song record is the group’s label debut on Nettwerk and features the previously released single “Woo Woo” and an extended version of the band's first single, “Time Has Come Today.” ‘Full Moonalice Vol.

Today, Moonalice, the 10-piece Bay Area collective known for bringing peace, love, and happiness wherever they go, releases their uplifting anthem “Woo Woo.” As fans reset for the new year and look to the future, Moonalice reminds them to reflect on the present, where sometimes the destination is actually the journey itself. Written by The T Sisters’ Rachel Tietjen, who now is a member of Moonalice along with her sisters, “Woo Woo” is a song about living in the moment.

Moonalice, the long-time San Francisco Bay Area improvisational band of masterfully skilled characters led by Roger McNamee, triumphantly played the starring role in the famed Bandshell at Golden Gate Park on December 18 at a celebratory event dubbed, “HOWL: A Collective Cathartic Release Under the Last Full Moon of 2021.”  

Today, Nettwerk Records is excited to announce the signing of Moonalice, the renowned Bay Area collective known for bringing peace, love, and happiness wherever they go. They are proud share a new version of the psychedelic soul anthem, “Time Has Come Today,” fronted by Lester Chambers, original member of The Chambers Brothers who also sang lead vocal on the original version.
