Today, Oliver Wood, acclaimed frontman and founding member of The Wood Brothers and beloved roots music singer/songwriter Seth Walker announce six shows together in the Midwest. The pair have been longtime friends and frequent collaborators over the years. Most recently, they co-wrote "Grab Ahold" on Wood's latest solo album, Fat Cat Silhouette, as well as "Why The Worry," the title track to Walker's upcoming new studio album due April 4.

Oliver Wood has released "Yo I Surrender," the second single from his new album, Fat Cat Silhouette, due June 14 on Honey Jar Records / Indirecto Records. An irresistible cut of syncopated roots music minimalism, the track features special guest Steve Berlin of Los Lobos on baritone saxophone. The song's accompanying lyric video was premiered today via Relix HERE.

Today, Oliver Wood and Katie Pruitt share a live, in-studio video performance of "Have You No Shame" via premiere at Relix Magazine. The song was written by the late Donnie McCormick, a legendary Atlanta-based musician, who was among Wood’s biggest influences during his formative years spent on that city’s local music scene. Wood, a co-founding member of The Wood Brothers, introduced and taught the song to Pruitt, which ultimately led to the collaboration.
