Fifty years of popularity in the music industry is a stunning feat in this day and age of instant gratification that favors the latest and greatest. Few bands see their albums remain extraordinarily relevant and still consistently churning new fans a half century past the initial release. This is certainly the case for Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, which celebrates fifty years as an album this year, and continues to be a shepherd for new fans into the classic rock genre.

Having recently shared their plans for an April 2023 west coast tour, Phish are now announcing an extensive run of summer 2023 tour dates. Starting with a two-night stand in Huntsville, AL (July 11-12), the band will continue on for performances in Alpharetta, GA (July 14-16), Wilmington, NC (July 18-19), Burgettstown, PA (July 21-22), Syracuse, NY (July 23), Philadelphia, PA (July 25-26), and a seven-night run at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (July 28-August 5).

Imagine it. You’re at your favorite concert venue. The final notes are still ringing in the air, but the sharpness of the memory is already fading. And then, as you spill out into the parking lot, someone hands you a concert poster and  somehow that quickly fading memory is frozen in time. A concert poster makes the echo of a fleeting experience,   like an amazing show, tangible. It’s a unique piece of art –  one that embodies both promotion and emotion, music and design.

Connecticut rock band Goose have shared the latest installment in their ongoing behind-the-scenes video series, Day of Show. EP 11 goes backstage for an exclusive look at Goose’s recent co-headline tour with Trey Anastasio Band, including exclusive fly-on-the-wall conversations with Rick Mitarotonda, Peter Anspach, and Anastasio during which the Phish guitarist offers a rare glimpse into how he developed his guitar playing and signature sound from his earliest days until now.

Having just completed their highly acclaimed 2022 NYE sold-out run at MSG with a stunning midnight spectacle that welcomed in 2023, Phish are announcing a short west coast tour in April. Starting in Seattle, WA, Phish will perform for two nights at the Climate Pledge Arena before heading down to Berkeley, CA where they will play for three nights at the Greek Theatre. The band will then perform their first-ever three-night stand at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA  to cap this run of dates.

Jam rock titans Phish kicked off their annual new years eve four day run at the famed Madison Square Garden in the heart of New York, NY for the first time in three years. This time honored tradition was rescheduled in 2021 and never scheduled in 2020 based on complications from the COVID-19 virus. This year's attendance was also affected by the Southwest Airlines meltdown, as many fans were left stranded and unable to walk though the doors of this legendary building.

Phish will return to Madison Square Garden for four nights from December 28-31, and Volume.com is offering free live streams of three of CEG Presents’ annual Phish After-Party series shows featuring Eggy, Prince/Bowie, and Dogs in a Pile live from The Cutting Room in New York City.

On New Year’s Eve, Volume will share a re-broadcast of Dopapod’s performance at the recent North Beach Music Festival at 10 PM EST and again at 1:30 AM EST, also free.

On Sunday, December 11th, Osiris Media will bring their flagship podcast, Undermine, to a live audience for the first time with music and discussion, celebrating Phish's legendary Fall 1997 tour (AKA "Phish Destroys America"). Hosted by Phish Lyricist Tom Marshall, Osiris Media CEO RJ Bee, and author Benjy Eisen, they'll chat with special guests about this unique sound that still resonates 25 years later.
