Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and now calling Colorado home, horticulturist-turned-musician Gregory Alan Isakov has cast an impressive presence on the indie-rock and folk worlds with his five full-length studio albums: That Sea, The Gambler; This Empty Northern Hemisphere; The Weatherman; Gregory Alan Isakov with the Colorado Symphony; and Evening Machines (nominated for a Grammy award for Best Folk Album). Isakov tours internationally with his band, and has performed with several national symphony orchestras across the United States.
Across various cultures and belief systems, the color orange symbolizes sunshine, creativity, heat, freedom, fascination, and fire. Mt. Joy channels this bright, bold, and brilliant energy on their 2022 third full-length offering, Orange Blood, which is set to release on June 17th via Island Records. The title track, which was released today across platforms, hinges on gently strummed guitar as woozy vocals echo over sparse swells of sound before the central hummable harmony drifts in and out of focus.

Brandi Carlile was born on June 1st, 1981 in Ravensdale, Washington, a rural town southeast of Seattle. She is self-taught on guitar, piano, and vocals and began singing country songs on stage when she was eight years old. Carlile began writing songs and playing guitar at age fifteen.

The husband/wife duo first came together as Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi’s Soul Stew Revival in 2007, before forming what’s now known as the Tedeschi Trucks Band in 2010.
