This past week was astonishing, and frankly I still may be in a state of paralysis. Disturbing images of January 6th will be etched into my memory similar to the IRA bombings in the 90's; Londoners covered in blood and marked with silvers of glass. The unbelievable scenes of jumbo jets plowing into iconic, NYC buildings on 9/11 as office workers jumped from 60+ story windows and most personally the haunting visuals of a discarded shoe, open curtains, pool of vomit resulting from the repercussions of suicide.

In 2020, TOMMY EMMANUEL released a newly recorded acoustic instrumental of John Lennon’s classic “Imagine”--on the same day (October 9) Lennon would have been 80-years-old--as a limited edition 7-inch vinyl exclusive to music retailers. Now, the acclaimed and Grammy-nominated acoustic guitarist, singer and songwriter will release the digital-only EP titled IMAGINE on his label, CGP Sounds. It will consist of this version of “Imagine” plus two original EMMANUEL songs: “Since We Met” and “I’ve Always Thought of You.”

TOMMY EMMANUEL, the acclaimed and Grammy-nominated acoustic guitarist, singer and songwriter, will release a live holiday album, LIVE! CHRISTMAS TIME, on December 4 via his label CGP Sounds along with Cruzen Street Records. Today (November 20), “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer” has been released as the first song from the album. This marks TOMMY’s first Christmas live album having released two studio holiday albums before (2011’s All I Want For Christmas and 2016’s Christmas Memories).

This August, TOMMY EMMANUEL, the acclaimed and Grammy-nominated acoustic guitarist, singer and songwriter, will host two live stream events with a portion of the proceeds benefiting two prominent independent venues in America. "Without some support, we are in danger of losing some of the independent venues that are a part of our culture and our local communities," says TOMMY.
