Kessel Run is an Instrumental Exploratory Rock band that was formed in Boulder, Colorado in 2016. Fusing elements of Rock, Jazz Fusion, and Progressive music over a funky backbeat, Kessel Run delivers a high-energy concert experience that has something for everyone. The intricacy and digestibility of their material is matched only by their tastefulness and on-stage delivery.

Social media website Phantasy Tour has partnered with the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) to produce a series of collectible trading cards featuring independent venues on sale now at https://merch.phantasytour.com. The first ever Phantasy Cards Venue Series features 54 venues from across the country, each with their own card. They include hometown favorites such as The 8x10, The Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley, Tipitina’s, the Boulder Theater, and McMenamins Crystal Ballroom.

Making Room 41 nearly killed Paul Cauthen. Ironically enough, it’s also the very thing that saved him.

“Finishing this record was one of the craziest experiences I’ve ever been a part of,” reflects Cauthen, the larger-than-life Texas troubadour nicknamed Big Velvet for his impossibly smooth, baritone voice. “I’m honestly glad it’s done because I don’t thinkI’d survive if I had to do it all over again.
