Opening night in New York City is always a special evening. The energy, buzz and all-around excitement is a contagious feeling as any. None however quite like the first night back after a year and couple months of a pandemic which kept all of us away from our families, friends and live music.

Tedeschi Trucks Band Announces 2021 Beacon Theatre Residency In NYC, Share "Little Wing" Performance
Today, Tedeschi Trucks Band announces the return of their Beacon Theatre residency. Proudly proclaiming, "We're Back," these will be some of the first performances featuring the full, reunited 12-piece band since February of 2020. The shows will be presented by Live Nation and will take place on September 30, October 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, and 9. Tickets for all seven shows will go on sale on Friday, June 18 at 10:00AM EST.

In true PTF fashion, they added in Dead songs to their repertoire of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads & Phish. The band dove deep & really homed in on the Dead catalog and the spirit of the original show, deemed by some as their greatest performance ever.
