Keeping the Blues Alive Foundation, Joe Bonamassa, and Sixthman are proud to present Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea IV, another voyage of the incredible four-day music festival at sea featuring Bonamassa and some of the most celebrated names in Blues. Sailing from Miami, Florida to Montego Bay, Jamaica, 2,100 of the most passionate fans will enjoy performances from some of the biggest names in music, while discovering new favorites among emerging Blues artists on multiple stages throughout the ship.

Phish’s WaterWheel Foundation and The Mimi Fishman Foundation have joined forces in an on-line charity auction.  The auction features tickets for Phish’s 2017 Summer Tour including the “Bakers Dozen” taking place at Madison Square Garden, as well as Phish’s annual Labor Day shows at Dicks Sporting Goods Park in Commerce, CO.  The auction is now available for bidding and comes to a conclusion May 25, 2017.

The most celebrated Grateful Dead show in history is finally getting its official release! The forces aligned for the Dead on May 8, 1977, at Barton Hall, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY; for what many hail the pinnacle performance of their 30-year career. So revered is the performance, that an audience recording of this show joined Prince’s Purple Rain and Dolly Parton’s Coat Of Many Colors as 2012’s inductees into the National Recording Registry of the U.S.

Continuing the Grateful Dead concert experience in its 20th year, Dark Star Orchestra today announces special plans for The 40th Anniversary Shows as a celebration of the Dead’s infamous May 1977 tour.

For an all-too-brief, magical time in 1957, two of the greatest musicians in history, Thelonious Monk and John Coltrane performed together every night at New York's Five Spot Cafe and between April and July of that year, they made their only studio recordings together.
