Grahame Lesh & Friends announce UNBROKEN CHAIN: A Celebration of the Life and Music of Phil Lesh, taking place at The Capitol Theatre on March 14 and 15, 2025. The event, hosted by Grahame Lesh, commemorates what would have been Phil Lesh’s 85th birthday and will bring together a remarkable group of musicians and collaborators to honor his enduring musical legacy.
The two-night celebration features Eric Krasno, Rick Mitarotonda, Oteil Burbridge, Jason Crosby, John Molo, and Jennifer Hartswick, along with many special guests who will be announced in the coming weeks. Long celebrated for its rich history and significance to the Grateful Dead community, The Capitol Theatre holds special meaning for the Lesh family, making it a fitting venue for this milestone celebration.
Proceeds from UNBROKEN CHAIN will benefit two charitable organizations that hold deep personal significance for the Lesh family: MusiCares and Undue Medical Debt. Both organizations strive to support and uplift communities in meaningful ways, from helping musicians in need to alleviating the burden of medical debt.
Tickets for UNBROKEN CHAIN: A Celebration of the Life and Music of Phil Lesh will be available through The Capitol Theatre box office and online at thecapitoltheatre.com. Additional details about the event, including the schedule of performances and special guest announcements, will be released in the coming weeks.
