The Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center proudly presents Victor Wainwright as he debuts his high-energy new show, “Tribute to the Mighty 88 Piano Masters!” on Saturday, February 8 at 7:30pm. Nicknamed “The Piana From Savannah,” Wainwright will celebrate the rich legacy of legendary piano giants, from the early blues masters to the timeless hits of Little Richard, Ray Charles, Jerry Lee Lewis, Dr. John, and more.
The evening will showcase two distinct performances, starting with:
- SHOW #1: Tribute To The Piano Masters featuring Victor Wainwright & Friends
- SHOW #2: Victor Wainwright’s Mega Train – a dynamic set of originals from his critically acclaimed albums The Train and Memphis Loud.
In addition to Wainwright’s signature keyboard flair, audiences will enjoy a powerhouse ensemble including Terrence Grayson on bass, Pat Harrington on guitar, Samuel L. Butts on drums, The Train Horns (Chandler Judkins and Gavin Jorgensen), and special guest harmonica player Steven Kampa.
