Top-tier artists from the worlds of jam, funk, rock, and beyond will converge on the Ardmore Music Hall stage for two full nights of Unlimited Devotion: A Rex Foundation Fundraiser & Grateful Dead Celebration, happening on May 9 and 10.
Truckin’ into the event’s eighth year in Ardmore, fans will have the opportunity to take in three action-packed performances, featuring collaborative themed sets with Steve Kimock, Daniel Donato, Jason Hann (of The String Cheese Incident), LaMP, and many more performing music by and inspired by the Grateful Dead. In addition to the curated musical experiences, the weekend will also include an extraordinary concert poster-art exhibit curated by Scott Shapiro and VIP experiences featuring signature food and beverage pairings. 100% of net proceeds will be donated to charity.
Continuing in the tradition of years past, Unlimited Devotion celebrates the spirit and generosity of the Grateful Dead community by raising money for the Rex Foundation—the charitable arm of the Grateful Dead—and Camp Winnarainbow, the circus and performing arts camp founded by the legendary countercultural icon and peace activist Wavy Gravy. This event has raised over $150,000 to date for the charities, including $50,000 in the past two years alone.
The full musical roster for 2025 features a heavy-hitting cast of players, including: Steve Kimock • Daniel Donato • Jason Hann (The String Cheese Incident) • Kanika Moore • Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band) • Holly Bowling • Aron Magner (The Disco Biscuits, SPAGA) • Reed Mathis (Billy & The Kids) • Ron Holloway • John Kadlecik (Furthur) • Rob Eaton & Skip Vangelas (Dark Star Orchestra) • Splintered Sunlight & Friends • LaMP ft. About The Rex Foundation:
In the fall of 1983, the Rex Foundation was established as a non-profit charitable organization by members of the Grateful Dead, their friends, and families to further the long-established tradition of generosity the band was well known for. Supporting programs that might otherwise be overlooked by mainstream funders, the Rex Foundation offers unsolicited small grants, generally in the $5,000 range, to organizations in the U.S. and beyond that are doing innovative grassroots work in supporting the environment, education, arts for youth, social services, building community, and other areas aligned with the Rex mission. Since 1984, the Rex Foundation has granted $8.9 million to over 1,200 recipients.
About Camp Winnarainbow:
Camp Winnarainbow is a circus and performing arts camp founded and led by Wavy Gravy and his family. The camp provides a training ground to nurture leaders for a peaceful, harmonious, and sustainable world by teaching responsibility for one’s own behavior and developing confidence, inner security, and appropriate self-expression. The camp encourages respect for oneself, others, and the environment while valuing the uniqueness of each individual within the diversity of racial, cultural, and personal backgrounds.
