This year, the Dead of Summer Music Festival, alongside Pink Talking Fish, is excited to announce a lineup of special guests for their performance of "Terrapin Station" among other pieces at this year's festival. Pink Talking Fish Ensemble, known for their fusion of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, and Phish, will perform the Grateful Dead's iconic album "Terrapin Station" in its entirety.
Pink Talking Fish is a hybrid tribute fusion act that masterfully blends the music of three of the world's most cherished bands: Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, and Phish. This year, they elevate their performance by integrating the Grateful Dead into their repertoire, showcasing "Terrapin Station" with the help of special guests: Adrián Tramontano on percussion (Twiddle/Kung Fu), Sammi Garett on vocals (Remain In Light, Cool Cool Cool), and Joe Agnello on guitar/vocals (Dead Set, Swimmer).
Set against the picturesque backdrop of Hunter Park, nestled within the Green Mountains of Manchester, Vermont, the festival spans three days of live music across two stages, with options for RV and tent camping. The festival features over 25 vendors offering food, clothing, art, jewelry, and crafts. Embracing a family-friendly atmosphere, the festival includes yoga sessions, a kids' set, tie-dye activities, and an 18-hole disc golf course. Gates open at 9 am on Friday, July 12th, for this rain-or-shine event.
