Today, Sound Mind Live announces its fifth annual Sound Mind Music Festival for Mental Health, presented this year as a free, all day street festival between Irving Ave and Wyckoff Ave in Bushwick, Brooklyn on Saturday, May 20th. Starting at 12pm, the festival will feature full sets from Iron & Wine, Hiss Golden Messenger, Langhorne Slim, KAMAUU, and Pom Pom Squad.

Born & Raised Music Festival – “a weekend of music and camping for the outlaw in all of us” presented by Patriot Auto Group – has announced the 2023 lineup and its expansion to 3 full days of music for its third annual experience.

Once again The Quiet Valley Ranch outside of Kerrville, Texas will be turned into a music lover’s utopia for 18 days this spring. Beginning on Thursday May 25th and running through June 11th, this year’s Kerrville Folk Festival promises to be one to be remembered.

Pickathon has just released the full lineup of bands for the 2023 Festival, coming August 3-6 to Pendarvis Farm in Happy Valley, Oregon (16 miles outside of Portland, OR). Borderland Festival, one of the region’s most popular music and art festivals, makes its return to Knox Farm State Park, just 15 minutes from downtown Buffalo, September 15th through the 17th.  That’s right – now a three-day festival starting on Friday, Borderland will celebrate its fifth year with more than 20 bands on 2 stages.

San Jose Jazz announces today the SJZ New Works Fest 2023 featuring World Premieres of commissioned works from six standout SF Bay Area artist grantees of the SJZ Jazz Aid Fund. In December 2022, San Jose Jazz provided a new round of funding in the form of $20,000 in individual grants ($1,000/artist) to 20 local musicians. The SJZ Jazz Aid Fund initiative helps to offset the tremendous financial hardships the SF Bay Area arts community has faced due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

One of the largest FREE jazz festivals in the country, the Atlanta Jazz Festival is an annual celebration of music, culture, and the art of jazz. The festival returns to historic Piedmont Park, in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, from Saturday, May 27 through Monday, May 29 from 11 am to 11 pm each day.
