Music legend Willie Nelson is scheduled to perform at the Jomeokee Park Amphitheater in Pinnacle, NC on June 16th, 2012. This is Nelson’s first (and possibly only) North Carolina performance for 2012.
Award winning singer/songwriter Wade Bowen has spent the last 14 years making a living of 200-plus nights a year on the road with developing his fan base one show at a time.
In support of his upcoming album The Duke (out June 26th on Razor & Tie), Joe Jackson will soon be taking his stellar ensemble on the road for a Fall US tour. The touring band will include Regina Carter on violin, long-time Jackson collaborator, percussionist Sue Hadjopoulos, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Allison Cornell, Jesse Murphy on bass, Adam Rogers on guitar, and Nate Smith on drums.
Grayson Capps has announced a number of tour dates both in the U.S. and Europe this summer. The Mobile, Alabama-based singer/songwriter is known for sticking closely to his stomping grounds in the Gulf Coast, but the coming months will find him on the road for shows from Tennessee through New York City, as well as a return to Europe, including appearances at the Maverick Festival in Great Britain and the Paradiso in Holland supporting Dr.

I had a dream about Steve Martin, last night..
I knew I'd be writing this story, today.. That's likely why he was on my mind. Of course he was in a white suit, with an arrow headband on his head. [I'm a child of the seventies, after all..] But instead of playing for laughs, he was picking his banjo with fire, along with a bevy of world-class bluegrass musicians. This was an especially fun dream, considering I've never seen him perform in any capacity beyond the movie theater.
From the intro electric guitar riffs that kick off the opening track of his new CD, Living the Dream, which is due out June 12 on Blues Leaf Records, blues guitarist/singer Albert Castiglia announces that this release is something special.
