The Devil Makes Three

The Devil Makes Three returns with Spirits on February 28, 2025, via New West Records. The 13-song set, produced by Ted Hutt (Dropkick Murphys, Old Crow Medicine Show), was recorded at Dreamland Recording Studios in Hurley, NY. Spirits marks The Devil Makes Three’s first album in seven years, following 2018’s acclaimed Chains Are Broken.

Flogging Molly and Sixthman, creators of unforgettable festivals on sand and at sea for more than two decades, have announced the stacked lineup for the upcoming eighth sailing of Flogging Molly’s Salty Dog Cruise, sailing February 17-22, 2025 from Miami, FL to the first-time ports of Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios, Jamaica aboard Norwegian Gem. Though the upcoming voyage is currently sold out, cancellations do occur and a Waiting List is available to determine who gets offered those staterooms.

Often resembling a real-life musical snow globe in the California’s high Sierra, the eighth annual WinterWonderGrass-Tahoe, April 5 to 7, brought a hardy bunch of musicians – and resilient attendees – to Palisades Tahoe ski resort, in the midst of the Olympic Village that hosted the 1960 Winter Olympics.

A once-a-year gathering of musical hippies and cowboys in Monterey, California, Rebels & Renegades will once again take place at the Monterey County Fairgrounds, this year bringing music to festivalgoers over three days; October 6-8, 2023.

The Devil Makes Three’s Frontman/Guitarist Pete Bernhard is best known for his unbridled, barn-burning performances and driving roots, rock and bluegrass sound. However, with the release of his third solo album Harmony Ascension Division (Kahn) April 24 he is now showing a whole other side to the story.

Returning for its eight year to the delight of four-season festival goers, WinterWonderGrass Festival will return yet again to Lake Tahoe, California at Squaw Valley Resort on March 27th-29th. Founded by Scotty Stoughton, a lifelong musician and festivalgoer alike, WinterWonderGrass, “aims to cultivate and nurture the relationship between nature, authentic music, and communal family, creating a vehicle for inspiration,” according to its mission statement.

Now in its third year, the Bellwether Music Festival expands to a 3-day event and will return to Renaissance Park in Waynesville, Ohio Thursday through Saturday, August 6-8, 2020. The festival today unveiled its artist lineup including Nathaniel Rateliff, The Devil Makes Three, The Growlers, Shovels & Rope, The Lone Bellow, Scarypoolparty, Langhorne Slim, Hayes Carll, Waxahatchee, John Moreland, Cloud Nothings, Nicole Atkins, Saintseneca, Matt Holubowski, Davy Knowles, The Steepwater Band, Hannah Wicklund, Early James, S.G.

WinterWonderGrass 2020 is on the horizon and the festival is excited to share the official daily schedule for their California edition, taking place March 27th - 29th in Squaw Valley, CA. With the recent announcement that Billy Strings is named International Bluegrass Association’s Guitar Player of the Year, WinterWonderGrass California is excited to present not one, but two headlining sets from the rising star.
