Sol Chase was born into a tribe of hippies and musicians and learned to play folk songs in the fields and forests of Europe during early years on the road. Through a long stint in the energetic jamgrass scene of the Colorado Rockies and several years leading bands in the musical melting pot of Austin, Texas, Sol’s style emerged as an eclectic blend of bluegrass and Americana, led by his formidable mandolin playing and heartfelt vocals.

Today, Sound Mind Live announces its fifth annual Sound Mind Music Festival for Mental Health, presented this year as a free, all day street festival between Irving Ave and Wyckoff Ave in Bushwick, Brooklyn on Saturday, May 20th. Starting at 12pm, the festival will feature full sets from Iron & Wine, Hiss Golden Messenger, Langhorne Slim, KAMAUU, and Pom Pom Squad.

Goose, the head turning, indie jam rock band from Connecticut, followed their galvanized performances at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY and the Roadrunner in Boston, Mass with another mind melting musical experience at the iconic Met Philly in Philadelphia, PA on March 24, 2023. The City of Brotherly Love is no stranger to blazing hot jams from this band, as Goose delivered a pair of ragers at the Fillmore Philadelphia in 2022.

The History of Diving Museum is hosting “Dive Into Art & Music” on March 31st, from 5:30-9:00 pm, under the stars at Safe Harbor Angler House in Islamorada.   Celebrating Jerry’s love of diving and protecting our oceans, the Jerry Garcia Foundation donated limited-edition museum quality giclees of his art to the History of Diving Museum. A JGF Edition Certificate of Authenticity is included with each piece of fine art, each hand-signed by Jerry's daughter, Keelin, and his wife, Manasha.

Multi-faceted singer/songwriter A.J. Croce is hitting the road again in celebration of two more of his father Jim Croce’s legendary albums, 1973’s Life and Times and his final release, I Got A Name, in addition to songs from You Don’t Mess Around With Jim.
