Gear up, music lovers, because Shakedown Vegas is returning on Thursday, March 20th, aligning beautifully with the first day of Spring and the International Day of Happiness! As always, this spirited festival remains completely FREE to attend and participate, promising an electrifying lineup, captivating vendors, and good vibes all around!
Kick off the festivities on opening day with a special Drum Circle at 11 AM, celebrating new beginnings under the warm Las Vegas sun.
Spotlight on the Music:
Headlining the excitement this year is Tulsa's beloved The Deadgummits, making their Shakedown Vegas debut. Led by husband-and-wife duo Rex and Heather Langley, this band epitomizes the freewheeling spirit of the Grateful Dead scene—packing their van full of musicians, gear, and good intentions. They'll hit the Outside Main Stage at 2:30 PM on Thursday, March 20th, followed by an extended performance from noon to 5 PM on Friday, March 21st, inside the Piazza Lounge.
Returning crowd favorites Marcus Rezak, The Raining Moonshine Band, Mojave Blue, and BPR Brass Band will also grace stages across the event. Adding excitement, the brass-powered grooves of BPR Brass Band will headline a special Mother’s Day performance on Sunday, May 11th.
Don't miss out on Shakedown After Dark featuring the dazzling Carlos Swayze and his rotating ensemble, Swayze’s Atomic Jam, bringing late-night performances to the Copa Room.

The festivities continue each weekend through May 17th, ensuring a musical journey that extends well into spring.
Local legend Jeffrey Peterson—the "420 Comic"—returns as Master of Ceremonies, interacting with crowds and showcasing his iconic comic art at his dedicated booth.
Also back by popular demand are the vibrant Saturday Drum Circles led by Jeffery Trower and Community Productions, set to uplift spirits every Saturday at 1 PM. Special circles will also kick off opening day (March 20th at 10:30 AM) and celebrate Mother's Day (May 11th).
