Northlands is pleased to announce that Umphrey’s McGee will be coming to Cheshire Fairground for back-to-back nights on Friday, July 23rd and Saturday, July 24th. Both performances will be at 6:30pm. Tickets are on sale Friday, May 21 at 12:00PM.
The men of Umphrey’s McGee—Brendan Bayliss [guitar, vocals], Jake Cinninger [guitar, vocals], Joel Cummins [keyboards, piano, vocals], Andy Farag [percussion], Kris Myers [drums, vocals], and Ryan Stasik [bass]—know just how to communicate with each other on stage and in the studio. That camaraderie shines through in their inimitable interplay, which finds them at the pinnacle of their craft and groove as a band. That chemistry defines the approach—which sees Umphrey’s McGee hone their songwriting to its sharpest point to date. Umphrey’s McGee is also a touring powerhouse, performing 85+ shows per year, headlining annual shows across the US including Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado and the Beacon Theatre in New York.
Changes are continuing to occur at Northlands as health & safety guidelines change; the Umphrey’s McGee performances will be ‘hybrids’: pods up in front, with standing room single ticket general admission in the back. Pods are 10’ x 10’ space for up to five people (a sixth person may be added for an additional fee). Attendees will park in adjacent lots and then walk to one of two audience entrances.
