Sheryl Crow gets it – the beach life, that is. “All I wanna do is have some fun, until the sun comes up over Santa Monica Boulevard,” Crow sang on Sunday during a twilight set on the sand at Redondo Beach, just 15 miles south of the oceanfront Santa Monica Pier. One of the BeachLife Festival’s high-profile performers who first made waves toward prominence in the late ‘80s/early ‘90s, Crow shared top billing with Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, Stone Temple Pilots, 311, and the Steve Miller Band (who’s first hit was in 1968).

Philadelphia Folk Festival has announced the initial lineup for its 60th anniversary event taking place August 18-21, 2022 at its idyllic home, Old Pool Farm, just north of Philadelphia. The weekend-long celebration will include headlining appearances from hip-hop fusion mavericks Michael Franti & Spearhead, Punch Brothers (reviving their celebrated American Acoustic ensemble featuring Americana heavyweights Watchhouse and Sarah Jarosz), and Americana-soul sensations The War and Treaty.

Today, AEG Presents chairman emeritus Chuck Morris joined Governor Jared Polis, Community Foundation of Boulder President Tatiana Hernandez, and Nathaniel Rateliff of Colorado-based band Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats to announce a virtual benefit concert to support disaster survivors of the Marshall Fire. The pre-recorded concert will go live online on February 28th with more than 15 Colorado-based artists and popular national musical acts performing.

Cola Concerts will welcome Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Michael Franti and The Revivalists, Ziggy Marley and more with the launch of the new Fall season at the revamped Columbia Speedway Amphitheater. The reconfigured venue can now fit more than 12,000 fans at every show. The new lineup includes; The Revivalists & Michael Franti (8/28), Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit which has been rescheduled to 9/2, Sublime with Rome & Dirty Heads (9/11), Gov't Mule & Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue (9/16), and Ziggy Marley (10/5).

With The Robert Randolph Foundation’s inaugural Juneteenth Unityfest only 9 days away, organizers are pleased to announce a number of new additions to the already star-studded line-up, including performances by GRAMMY™ Award-winning artists India Arie and Ledisi. ‘All. Right. Now,’ the new album from Montana-based quartet Satsang, is an ode to their homestate, so it may come as no surprise that the album’s breathtaking opening track was written on a rock in the middle of the Stillwater river, in Montana’s southwest region.
