Toots and The Maytals
“Sun, Moon and Star” is the first cover song released as a single by Sam Pace and the Gilded Grit. It is a special track because its original writer and performer- Toots Hibbert of Toots and the Maytals- is Pace’s most beloved figure.
Pace’s idolization of Toots began nearly 20 years ago and this Summer marks his first offering from Hibbert’s prolific repertoire.
