After a dazzling 2022 campaign, Northlands Music and Arts Festival is thrilled to announce its return to Swanzey, NH, June 16-17, 2023. The forthcoming event, celebrating its second year, will see over thirty regional and nationally touring acts perform on the palatial fairground nestled in the heart of southern New Hampshire. Headlining acts will include veteran Colorado jam sextet The String Cheese Incident, Phish bassist Mike Gordon, Goose acoustic offshoot Orebolo, and high-octane rockers Andy Frasco and the U.N.
Connecticut Americana trio Orebolo, in partnership with Nashville music outlet OurVinyl, returns with the release of a four-song studio session. Now available on YouTube and across all streaming platforms, the intimate set features dazzling visuals captured by Bolo Brothers Creative in a decorated performance space. Orebolo, an acoustic offshoot of acclaimed indie quintet Goose performed four familiar selections from their extensive catalog.
Orebolo, a Connecticut-based acoustic trio, will visit colorful Colorado for three performances in December 2022. The band, comprised of musicians from nationally acclaimed rock band Goose, features Rick Mitarotonda (vocals, guitar), Peter Anspach (vocals, guitar), and Jeffrey Arevalo (upright bass). December 10 will see the trio at the historic Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek, followed by a December 12 appearance at Steamboat Springs’ Old Town Pub.

Last Thursday marked the first show of the first Orebolo tour ever. Orebolo is an acoustic side project for three members of the upcoming and coming Connecticut based jam band, Goose. The concept came about during the covid-19 pandemic when Rick Mitarotonda (guitar), Peter Anspach (guitar, keyboards) and Jeff Arevalo (percussion) were stuck living together under one roof. They did what any talented quarentining musicians should do: live streams.

The band, comprised of members of the emergent Connecticut rock group Goose, will make stops in upstate New York and Vermont in December, followed by a trio of shows in Colorado in late January including a show at Denver’s Ogden Theatre with Montana bluegrass outfit Kitchen Dwellers.
