The Peter Frampton Band's take on Roxy Music's “Avalon” is the latest track to be revealed off their forthcoming album Frampton Forgets the Words. Of the song, Frampton explains, “The original is such a perfect piece of music. I really wanted to get as close to the vocal inflection as I could, and I think I almost did it!

“Georgia On My Mind,” the latest song off Peter Frampton Band’s forthcoming album All Blues, is premiering today. Of the song, which was written by Hoagy Carmichael, Frampton explains, “It’s the standard. I’ve heard Ray Charles kill it, I’ve heard Steve Winwood kill it and I would never attempt to sing this song. There’s just too many great versions by so many great singers. I decided we would do this song as an instrumental. It’s turned out to be a highlight on this record and just shows the versatility of the band.”

“The Thrill Is Gone” (featuring Sonny Landreth), the latest song off Peter Frampton Band’s forthcoming album All Blues, is premiering via Billboard who says “…the thrill is definitely not gone for Peter Frampton.” The song was written by Rick Darnell and Roy Hawkins, and popularized by B.B. King. “The Thrill Is Gone” is available now with digital album pre-order.
