Trey Anastasio Band's tour to support Traveler, Trey's forthcoming solo album, begins in less than one month in Detroit, MI, marking TAB's first trip to the city since 2002. Joining Trey on this tour will be TAB veterans Natalie Cressman, Jennifer Hartswick, Russ Lawton, Tony Markellis and Ray Paczkowski.

On Tuesday, September 25, Phish will release "December 6, 1997, The Palace of Auburn Hills, Auburn Hills MI" as the next remastered show to join the ongoing LivePhish Archives collection. The show will be available as a download at LivePhish.com and as a 2-CD LivePhish Limited set exclusively from Phish Dry Goods.

This coming Labor Day Weekend, August 31, September 1 and 2, Phish will play three shows at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, CO, just outside of Denver. All three shows will be webcast live at LivePhish.com. The webcasts are available for pre-order now, along with an event t-shirt.

Traveler, Trey Anastasio's forthcoming solo album, will be released on October 16 on Rubber Jungle Records / ATO Records. The first single on the album, "Scabbard," was released yesterday and is available for download at iTunes and Amazon MP3. It's also available as a 7" Vinyl record, pressed on red wax (with a "Pigtail" B-Side).

This Friday, August 24, Phish will play a sold out show at Oak Mountain Amphitheatre in Birmingham, Alabama. The show will be webcast live at LivePhish.com. Trey co-produced the album with Peter Katis (The National, Interpol, Jonsi) last fall in Katis' Tarquin Studios in Bridgeport, CT. Along with Trey Anastasio Band, Katis invited several artists to work with them, including Mates of State's Kori Gardner, The National's Bryan Devendorf and Matt Berninger, and Icelandic percussionist Samuli Kosminen. This week Phish will release a brand new box set entitled Chicago '94, showcasing two complete shows recorded live on June 18, 1994 and November 25, 1994 at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, Illinois.
