"...but the fire is so delightful, and since we've got no place to go, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!"

Heading into the 2020 holiday season, Savannah, Georgia-based one-man-band Zach Deputy has released a cover of the 1945 Vaughn Monroe Christmas classic, "Let it Snow." The song is available exclusively online, across digital streaming platforms. Here, Zach takes the widely-known traditional holiday favorite through the rabbit hole of his own unique spin.

"The inspiration to cover 'Let it Snow' came in equal part due to it being a friendly [and recognizable] Christmas classic, and the uncanny reference in the song lyrics to having no place to go," shared Zach. "Here we are, still hunkered down, so my hope is for this to bring you joy, a breath of fresh air and a beat to bob your head to. Now let's have some happy holidays... let it snow!"

From playing gigs in his teenage years to releasing his debut album Out of the Water in 2008, Zach Deputy has made a name for himself as an unforgettable one-man-band live looping act. His unique blend of “island-infused, drum ‘n’ bass, gospel-ninja-soul" mixed with his synth guitar work has created his trademark pocket groove. Zach’s introspective songwriting evokes intense feelings of joy by shedding light on some of life’s most challenging moments.

Touring throughout most of his career as a headlining one-man show, Deputy’s performances forego anything prerecorded for the authenticity of a purely live show. Onstage, Deputy’s music emerges as a therapeutic experience that strives to remind people of the joy of being alive.

Zach Deputy recently released a cover of "How Sweet It Is," and will release his new studio album "Roses" on Regime Music Group in early 2021.
