Ever since Dopapod announced their return from hiatus marked by a Capitol Theatre play on April 27th, 2019, fans have been wondering if new music was on the horizon. Earlier this week that suspicion was confirmed with the band's release of "Numbers Need Humans," the first single from their upcoming record, Emit Time, due out May 24th, 2019.

In anticipation of their long-awaited reunion show a The Capitol Theatre on April 27th, Dopapod will start to systematically release their catalog of live recordings on Nugs.net. As of today, the first 5 shows have been released and are currently available to stream: http://bit.ly/DopapodNugsNet.

It has been a while since we last heard from Dopapod, but speculation of the band's future can end today. "We’re all incredibly excited to bring the band back together to usher in the next chapter of Dopapod," keyboardist Eli Winderman shares. "We’ve been blown away by the amount of speculation on our return and just the overall love and support surrounding the band."

The fourth annual Halloween Horror Camp presented by Disc Jam will be held on Saturday, October 27th in Western Massachusetts at an undisclosed summer camp nestled in the woods of Western Massachusetts. The 2018 Horror Camp lineup includes Octave Cat, (featuring members of Lotus and Dopapod), West End Blend, Space Bacon, William Thompson Funk Experiment, The New Motif, Escaper, Electro Politics, Dewpoint, Resin Ed, Lee Ross, Uncle Bob and Friends BASSBQ, and an unannounced headliner.

The Motet and Dopapod are thrilled to announce a co-headlining Fall Tour.  The two bands will  join forces for twelve shows throughout the months of October and November that will take them all along the East Coast and into the Midwest.  No strangers to collaborating, both bands have sat in with each other numerous times, but this Fall Tour marks the first time both bands will be sharing an extensive bill.

If you have not heard of Katharsis yet, consider this your warning to get on the bandwagon fast. This super group is the latest installment of power, brilliance, and diversity of music led by band leader of the Motet and Felabration, drummer Dave Watts.

Northeast jam quartet Dopapod have announced the March 31 release of II Saw Live Dopapod Evil Was II. Available digitally through all online outlets, the record features choice cuts selected from live recordings over the course of their 2016 Fall Tour and their short Colorado run from earlier this year.  Though the band is regularly releasing high quality soundboard recordings of most performances, the succeeding live installment follows up on the aptly titled I Saw Live Dopapod Evil Was I released in 2011.
