The Bay Area was awash with live music during the final days of 2023. During the week leading up to and including New Year’s Eve, live music fans in the region could choose The String Cheese Incident, LCD Soundsystem, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Les Claypool’s Bastard Jazz, Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew’s “Remain in Light” Talking Heads tribute, Charlie Musselwhite, and Jerry’s Middle Finger, among others. And of course, some folks stayed home to stream Phish.

Today, Andy Thorn is thrilled to share his new Christmas album High Country Holiday.

WOW, what a lineup of incredible musical talent the Mighty Mishawaka Amphitheatre presented Friday night at the Poudre Canyon venue. The amount of diversity and talent each musician brought to the stage was staggering on many levels. The uniqueness of this show was that all of the artists know one another and are friends and some of them collaborate together on musical projects. That alone presented a fun family communal vibe on site and magical moments on stage.

Hoxeyville Presents is thrilled to bring a new event May 31 - June 2, 2024 to the Hoxeyville Farm- a picturesque 200-acre property in the heart of the Manistee National Forest.

In a celebration of timeless artistry, tradition, and innovation, Colorado’s own Leftover Salmon will headline two special evenings at the historic Leftover Salmon feat. Peter Rowan & Billy Failing with special guests Banshee Tree and Sicard Hollow.

Vince Herman is out to have some fun. 33 years after founding Leftover Salmon, Vince released an album of his own and hit the road to play a batch of songs developed in his new Nashville home. It’s a bit of a departure from the “Salmon sound” as he digs into his idea of what country music is. There’s some bluegrass and Cajun influences and honky tonk ballads all piled atop great players taking the tunes for a ride.

Grateful Web is thrilled to announce that legendary bluegrass ensemble Leftover Salmon, featuring Bluegrass luminary Peter Rowan, will perform a two-night extravaganza at the iconic Boulder Theater on Friday, November 24, and Saturday, November 25, 2023. Few bands have as enduring a legacy in the acoustic/newgrass/jam band scene as Colorado-based Leftover Salmon. Released May 19, they continue to expand on their legacy with the release of their new full-length album, GRASS ROOTS (Compass Records), which arrives to early acclaim.

On the third single from their upcoming record GRASS ROOTS, Leftover Salmon collaborated with Oliver Wood (The Wood Brothers) to deliver a high octane version of the Link Wray classic "Fire and Brimstone".
