Red Rocks 2020, the new live album from Nathaniel Rateliff, is out now on Stax Records. The live record was recorded in an empty Red Rocks Amphitheatre during Rateliff’s mid-September run of socially distanced shows, which was limited to 125 attendees per night in the 9400-capacity venue. Through Red Rocks 2020, Rateliff offers this 90-minute live experience to the fans who were unable to attend his live shows last year. Listen to/share Red Rocks 2020 HERE.

Today, Nathaniel Rateliff debuts a live version of the track “Still Out There Running” from Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats’ beloved 2018 album Tearing at the Seams. The song appears on Rateliff’s forthcoming live album, Red Rocks 2020, which is set for release on July 16 via Stax Records.

The jam band enthusiasts—“aged Deadheads”—and hipsters alike, all made their way out from the depths of the Colorado Front Range for a night of Grateful Dead tribute and homage. For the 26th time in 28 years, Blues Traveler returned to Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Sunday for their annual Independence Day celebration. Although it was the Fourth of July, the band and crowd celebrated freedom on a number of levels outside of the national holiday, including freedom from COVID, from masks, from isolation.

Excitement lingered in the summer air as thousands of concert-goers lined up at Red Rocks Amphitheatre to see the legendary Austin-born and based Shakey Graves. The buzz and anticipation for a night filled with blues, folk, country, and rock and roll, was lighting up each attendee’s face. Being only his third show post-pandemic, many loyal fans and attendees were enthusiastic to welcome his music back to the stage.
