The String Cheese Incident

Today, The String Cheese Incident has released a cover version of the late Tony Rice’s “Old Train.” The track arrives just weeks following Rice’s Death.  Rolling Stone called Tony Rice “Bluegrass music’s great experimentalist" and noted that Rice "expressed his music in modern terms and embraced bluegrass’s potential to both blend with and influence other genres.”

On the heels of her release of the single ‘Deep Blue Water’, songweaver Robin Lewis shares the public release of her first full length album titled Earth & Sky along with a video for the lead single ‘Ease My Worried Mind’ produced and filmed by NoCoast at The String Cheese Incident studio in Louisville, CO. Lewis’s music guides hearts to beat to the same rhythm and is centered around vulnerable moments of the human experience.

The String Cheese Incident's iconic 1998 album ’Round The Wheel is now available for the first time ever on vinyl. The 180gm Double LP is a must-own for fans of Cheese and vinyl alike. The record features fan favorites such as "Restless Wind," "100 Year Flood," and of course the title track, “‘Round The Wheel.”

KBCO Studio C will release 18 new songs exclusively performed live on 97.3 KBCO starting at 6am, December 5th at nine select Colorado Whole Foods Market Front Range locations. The last KBCO Studio C session was on March 5th, 2020 because COVID-19 put an end to touring and bands visiting KBCO Studio C.

Kyle Hollingsworth, keyboardist of The String Cheese Incident has announced the Next Big Show, a very special livestream event via fans.live on Thursday, Nov 19 at 9pm ET. Kyle will present his second variety show-style livestream, treating fans to a full concert with special guests, surprises and even individual live bingo. Ticket holders presenting winning bingo cards will be mailed a signed postcard from Kyle. Come for the music and stay for the adventure. 

In response to the current wildfire crisis impacting the western United States, Jamcast Network has pulled together an eclectic mix of accomplished musicians for a streaming benefit show. Starting at 9 PM ET/6 PM PT on Wednesday, October 7th, the fundraiser will feature performances from Joel Cummins (Umphrey's McGee), Bill, and Jillian Nershi (String Cheese Incident), Vince Herman (Leftover Salmon), The Higgs, Cycles and more.

On Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM MT, The Colorado Music Relief Fund (CMRF) will launch with a virtual event, ‘Banding Together: A Concert for the Colorado Music Relief Fund,’ presented by Breckenridge Brewery.

The String Cheese Incident have released their first new music of 2020. The new single - “Top Down” was a collaborative effort between two Colorado-based bands, The String Cheese Incident and SunSquabi. The track premiered exclusively via This Song is Sick earlier this week.

On Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM MT, The Colorado Music Relief Fund (CMRF) will launch with a virtual event, presented by Breckenridge Brewery, ‘Banding Together: A Concert for the Colorado Music Relief Fund,’ to generate much-needed relief funds to help all those in the Colorado music industry affected by COVID-19. People across the world can tune into the three-hour event to watch performances and storytelling by musicians, crew members, industry members, and Colorado personalities.
