Since 2009, DeadPhish Orchestra has been making waves all over the U.S. from their landlocked home state of Colorado with their innovative mashups of the music of the Grateful Dead and Phish. On Saturday, July 22, as Phish settles in for their 13-night run of shows at Madison Square Garden, DPO will help kick off the festivities with an afternoon boat cruise, featuring 2 sets of live music, on Manhattan’s East River. The Deadphish Orchestra is a quartet of Colorado musicians who, above all, are close friends who have played music together for many years. They had played Grateful Dead songs together, and they had played Phish songs together. But they got to wondering what would happen if they tried to merge the music of these two bands, the Granddaddies and Daddies of the jamband scene.

Leftover Salmon returns to The Stanley Hotel on March 10 - 12, 2017! This first class, intimate experience will include a full weekend of music, wining, dining and more.

This is the site of where Stephen King’s novel “The Shining” was inspired. The Stanley Hotel is nestled in hills of Estes Park at the base of the majestic Rocky Mountain National Park and just an hour away from Denver.

Dead Phish Orchestra (DPO) kicks off right with ‘My Friend, My Friend’ opener, they showcase exuberant energy for such a dark song and then burst quite alarmingly in to Casey Jones. This is commonplace for the band, a bizarre mash-up of idyllic songs switching back and forth between Phish and the Grateful Dead.
