For its third year, Annapolis Baygrass Music Festival returns to its beachfront location at Sandy Point State Park along the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland, on Saturday and Sunday, September 20-21, 2025. Acclaimed jamgrass pioneers Greensky Bluegrass continue their remarkable 20-year journey with a highly anticipated performance at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Saturday, September 13, 2025. A can’t-miss evening under the stars will see the five-piece band—Anders Beck [dobro], Michael Arlen Bont [banjo], Dave Bruzza [guitar], Mike Devol [upright bass], and Paul Hoffman [mandolin]—joined by special guest Margo Price, celebrating two decades of boundary-pushing bluegrass and electrifying live shows.

On Saturday night at Boston’s House of Blues, Greensky Bluegrass invited Greg Liszt of Crooked Still and The Deadly Gentlemen to join them on stage. The excitement in the venue was palpable as Liszt—celebrated for his banjo virtuosity—stepped into the mix.

Last night, Philadelphia’s Fillmore pulsed with the unmistakable energy of Greensky Bluegrass, as the progressive string band delivered a set packed with their signature improvisational prowess. The evening hit another level when Tom Hamilton of Joe Russo’s Almost Dead stepped on stage, adding his firebrand guitar to the mix for two unforgettable songs.

On January 18, while presenting a collective “rainbow full of sound,” Greensky Bluegrass and Railroad Earth left no doubt that they still possess the character, proficiency, relevance, and charisma that have kept them among the most notable of the so-called “jam bands” in the land for the past 20-plus years.
