After an incredible, sold-out experience on the water last month, the Dead Set On The Bay cruise is back by popular demand! On Sunday, October 20th, fans of the Grateful Dead will once again embark on an unforgettable journey around the Bay Area aboard the luxurious Fume Blanc, setting sail from Alameda for an epic evening of live music, stunning views, and classic vibes.
The sixth installment of Dead Set On The Bay will transport guests back to the year 1979, offering a truly immersive live Dead experience as the boat cruises past historic landmarks like Alcatraz and under the Bay's iconic bridges. Whether you're a seasoned Deadhead or new to the scene, this is a bucket-list event not to be missed.
Once again, the Grateful Guitar Foundation is graciously loaning the band authentic, period-specific guitars to ensure that the sound is "just exactly perfect." Leading the charge will be DAVE A'BEAR (Steely Dead, JGB), who will be joined by a powerhouse lineup of talented musicians, including ELLIOTT PECK (Phil & Friends, Midnight North) on vocals, ZACH JONES (Lovin' Dead, Mars Hotel) on guitar and vocals, DANNY EISENBERG (Mother Hips) on keys, ANNA ELVA (The China Dolls) on drums, and JP McLEAN (Melvin Seals & JGB) on bass and vocals.
As a special treat, BELLA RAYNE will return by popular demand as a featured guest, adding her unique touch to this magical evening on the water.
