Blazing musical trails with a mix of progressive rock, jazz and jam rock while remaining authentic to his style is what adept guitar journeyman Marcus Rezak does best. He released a new album in 2021 with three members of the Trey Anastasio Band, Truth in Sound, and made the recording at Anastasio's Barn in Vermont.

Melvin Seals and JGB are no strangers to the New York City jam scene, and bring out fans time and time again. They returned once again to the lively Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, NY last weekend for a magical set of classic Jerry Garcia Band songs and covers. Local New Jersey band One Eyed Jack provided their support.

The elegant John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts was overtaken by the passionate fans of Bobby Weir & Wolf Brothers, as well as the Grateful Dead, last week when they joined forces with the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington D.C. for the first of four historic shows together.

Bay Area friends, Acoustically Speaking TRIO is playing with Grateful Tuna On Sunday October 9!!! Sunday Trip with Grateful Tuna and Acoustically Speaking Trio at Baltic Kiss on 10/9/22 at 8:00 PM. Bobby Weir celebrated the 50th anniversary of his solo debut, Ace, on stage in April with two special shows at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall. On both nights, he performed the entire album live with his group Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros featuring The Wolfpack, a string and brass quintet, pedal steel player Barry Sless, and special guests Tyler Childers and Brittney Spencer. One of those performances will be released early next year in a special edition of Ace that also includes a remastered new mix of the original album.

At this point, the Grateful Dead family of musicians has become so large that it’s easy to miss many of its component parts.
