Umphrey's McGee

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead will not perform at this year’s sold-out Suwannee Hulaween, taking place Thursday, October 28 until Sunday, October 31 at Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL. Instead, Hulaween veterans Umphrey’s McGee will fill the headlining slot with their vivacious, experimental blend of rock, metal, funk, jazz, blues, reggae, electronic, folk and more.

SweetWater Brewery Company and Happy Ending Productions Present the return of SweetWater 420 Fest from April 29 through May 1 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Festival announces the full 2022 lineup, including headliners Oysterhead, Trey Anastasio Band (2 sets), and The String Cheese Incident (2 sets).

Northlands is excited to welcome Umphrey’s McGee this weekend for two epic performances, playing on Friday and Saturday, both at 6:30PM.

Artist and composer Graham Czach released the global collaborative project he conceived and brought to reality, “One Human”, on July 16th, 2021 in honor of the UN Nelson Mandela International Day weekend. The recording features performances from Kris Myers (Umphrey’s McGee), Juno award winner Alpha Yaya Diallo, Grammy award winner Dobet Gnahoré, Grammy award winner Al Walser, Greek superstar George Perris, New York City Opera soprano Tharanga Goonetilleke, and many more*.

Known for their acrobatic musicianship, airtight songcraft, and stellar live show, the members of Umphrey’s McGee, when left up to their own quarantine devices, elected to take to their home studios and give fans an album they may have never seen coming.

For the second time this year, the jam industry is rallying around Chris Friday, a Burlington-based music industry figure. Earlier this year, Friday received the devastating news that his 11-year-old son, Iggy, contracted Acute Lymphoid Leukemia. This week, several notable bands and artists once again donated a multitude of unique merchandise for auction. The auction runs from July 7th - 11th 5 PM ET.

Today, Resonance Music and Arts Festival announced its initial 2021 lineup. The event, running from September 16th-18th at Marvin’s Mountaintop in Masontown, WV, will feature multiple sets from Resonance alumni, including Tipper (x2), Lotus, Lettuce, Papadosio (x3), and Umphrey’s McGee (x2). The festival will continue its tradition of “special” sets from a range of performers, including a mountain sunrise set from Tipper, a sunset set from Spafford, “TAUKing Wonder,” and a Keller Williams’ “Grateful Grass.”

The volume of crowd chatter grows, the temperature rises, and the buzz in the room grows palpable. House lights dim and the walk-on music starts flying from stacks of speakers flanking the stage. One by one, the band members of Umphrey’s McGee settle into their respective places on stage, tuning their instruments and taking that final sip of water or something stronger in preparation for the rock show ahead.

Ravensdale Farm keeps delivering the vibes with each show. Yesterday this magnificent piece of land just west of Fort Collins, Colorado hosted Jennifer Hartswick and Brendan Bayliss. Both of these very talented musicians have rich and diverse backgrounds. They are well established in the music industry and have resumes that span many genres of music both onstage and in the recording studio.

Northlands is pleased to announce that Umphrey’s McGee will be coming to Cheshire Fairground for back-to-back nights on Friday, July 23rd and Saturday, July 24th. Both performances will be at 6:30pm. Tickets are on sale Friday, May 21 at 12:00PM.
