Cool Cool Cool, the seven-piece powerhouse known for their electrifying fusion of funk, house, and R&B, is starting 2025 with a bang. Following the release of their fiery single "Made Ya Look" on November 8, 2024, the band unveils "Dynamite" on January 3, 2025. Both tracks showcase the group's dynamic energy, female-led vocals, and groove-laden sound, delivering messages of empowerment, self-discovery, and confidence.

This weekend, the jamming quartet Spafford thrilled fans in Colorado with a set of unforgettable performances highlighted by the finale Saturday night at Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver.  The packed audience was treated to a surprise guest appearance by Sammi Garrett of Cool Cool Cool, who lent her powerful vocals to an electrifying cover of Olivia Rodrigo's "Can't Catch Me Now."

We’re well into August and less than a couple of weeks away from the highly anticipated Adirondack Independence Music Festival (ADK)! The fest takes place in good ol’ Lake George, NY, over Labor Day weekend Aug. 30 - Sept. 1!!!!!

My first visit to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival (a.k.a. "Jazzfest") was sort of a happy accident. In 1988, I was a young 20-something Grateful Dead tourhead, and I heard rumors that Little Feat was going to play their first show since the death of Lowell George a decade earlier. The allure was heightened by the fact that the reformed band would play on a riverboat floating on the Mississippi in New Orleans.

Northlands Music & Arts Festival announces the addition of three new bands to its already stellar 2024 lineup. Festival alumni Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, will return to the stage as a headliner, while touring juggernauts Big Something, and Cool Cool Cool also join the fantastic list of performers. The festival takes place June 14-15, 2024, in the rolling hills of Swanzey, NH.

The Cannabis Retailers Association of Vermont (CRAV) announced a two-day music festival - Higher Calling, which will be a fundraiser for cannabis businesses in Vermont affected by the devastating flooding on July 10th. The festival will feature both national and local artists over a two day period and will include numerous other activities and entertainment.
