Andy Falco and Travis Book of The Infamous Stringdusters have teamed up to honor one of their biggest musical influences, Jerry Garcia, through a collaborative album Falco and Book Play Jerry Garcia available on August 4th via Americana Vibes. Today, they have released their rendition of the fan favorite “New Speedway Boogie” stripping the sound of the Grateful Dead classic down to its core using just acoustic guitar, upright bass, and vocal harmonies to lean into the nuances.

Ari Joshua, together with a brilliant ensemble of musicians, is thrilled to announce the release of their reinterpretation of 'Eyes of the World,' an iconic composition from the legendary duo, Jerry Garcia and Robert Hunter. This fresh rendition arrives hot on the heels of the much-buzzed-about Dead and Company farewell tour, giving fans another avenue to celebrate the music that's touched millions.

On this day, we at Grateful Web commemorate the birth of an extraordinary figure, Robert Hunter, the maestro of lyrical mastery who gave the Grateful Dead its voice, its soul, and a place in the chronicles of American folk and rock music. Today, we take a moment to reflect on his immense contributions, as we honor the man who painted vivid canvases of musical artistry with his words.

The Garcia Project is a touring band that some may not have heard of yet, but they’ve been on  tour across the country for many years, selling out venues from The Sweetwater Music Hall in  Jerry’s hometown, to places like The Key West Theater in Key West Florida, and even the 1200  capacity Greenfield Lake Amphitheater in Wilmington, NC.

GARCIA SONGBOOK LIVE featuring JOE CRAVEN & DAVID GANS leading a full band in exploring Jerry’s songbook is back by popular demand, and this time they will be joined by MOOKIE SIEGEL for a special ALL AGES Sunday show at the Arthouse Gallery in Berkeley. 6 pm dinner show at a unique bohemian art gallery space!

There’s no other way to describe the Bob Weir & Wolf Brothers winter tour other than stating the obvious—sheer musical brilliance. And that's flat out what's going on here. Trekking across country with near nightly performances, choosing the most intimate, impressive theaters along the way, the Wolf Bros have unleashed such genius, cutting-edge play that this old Deadhead could only shake his head in awe. They were coming at me from so many different levels, and with such zest and creativity, I was dumbstruck in marveling.

Tuesday night Bob Weir and Wolf Brothers (featuring the Wolfpack) rolled in Madison, WI for a show at The Sylvee. Tuesday shows can sometimes be straightforward and nondescript. This show doesn’t fall under either of those categories. Even before the music began, there was a slight buzz amongst the crowd regarding the very cryptic and mysterious Dead and Company social media posting made earlier in the day.

On Saturday, February 25, Bob Weir & The Wolf Bros delivered an incredible night of music to a sold out crowd at the Louisville Palace. The elegant venue set a unique tone for a jubilant evening of music with Bob Weir. The vibrant colors of the building’s interior and the ornate architecture was brought to life by The Wolf Bros’ marvelous light show and the timeless music that draws his fans from all across the country.

The Garcia Project is so excited to be back on tour across the USA to bring you all some classic Jerry Garcia Band show recreations. We will have a few special guests throughout this year as well!

The tour starts on March 16, 2023 at CLUB FOX in Redwood City with very special guest, Jacklyn Labranch! Jackie was in the Jerry Garcia Band from 1982-1995. For this show, we will be performing a classic 1990’s Jerry Band show.
