UTOPiAfest Down In The Oaks music, art and nature festival will celebrate its 10th birthday on November 2 – 4 in Burnet, Texas. What began as gathering of music lovers on a ranch in Utopia, Texas, has evolved into a community of thinkers, doers and creators. The new dates come on the heels of STS9's kickoff to their headlining Fall Tour in support of THE UNIVERSE INSIDE, which began this past Thursday, October 20 in Minneapolis.

Music transcendency is often times the result of relentless patience, self-awareness and significant hours mastering technique. Crafting a product that reflects these characteristics can often times be a daunting task for artists, and for many musicians the perfect composition often times doesn’t translate in the studio. For Georgia-based jamtronica pioneers STS9 however, this enigma may have finally been mastered.

STS9 today (10/3) announced a three-night New Year's celebration run at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver for Thursday, December 29, Friday, December 30 and Saturday, December 31.

STS9 released their 6th studio album, The Universe Inside, on their homegrown label 1320 Mission Control on September 2, 2016, and it represents their first such release since Ad Explorata was released in 2009.  This would also be the first release for “STS9 2.0” with Alana Rocklin since her taking over the staggering bass responsibilities for STS9 following David “Murph” Murphy’s departure in 2014.  Murph’s departure
