Khruangbin, JRAD, Umphrey’s McGee, Disco Biscuits, Lotus, Elliott Peck’s Midnight North, Holly Bowling, and the Gone Gone Beyond are kicking it all off?!? The list is exciting and inviting.

The 14th Annual Gem and Jam Festival in Tucson, Arizona is the epicenter of the world-renowned Tucson Gem, Mineral and Fossil Showcase, while also a staple in the jam and electronic music festival stratosphere. This week, several notable bands and artists once again donated a multitude of unique merchandise for auction. The auction runs from July 7th - 11th 5 PM ET.

Baltimore-based social media company Phantasy Tour today officially unveiled their first series of live music trading cards. These high quality, collectible trading cards feature photos of top touring bands from various musical genres. The front of each card displays a photo of the musician or band and the back includes biographical information, fun facts, trivia questions and a foil stamp of authenticity. Marcus Rezak is a seasoned veteran at opening the gateway to galactic collaborations. He has shared the stage with the heaviest hitters on the jam scene including members of Umphrey’s McGee, moe., Lotus, STS9, and more. Couple that with the worldly talents of Frank Zappa and David Bowie band members and add the icing from the likes of Stanley Jordan and Fareed Haraquee on top of Berklee-educated cake and you have an artist with limitless possibilities. In November 2018, Rezak took his first steps as a solo artist releasing a stellar shoegaze jam-rock debut album Gateway to the Galaxy. Wanting to release a single to preface a sophomore album he called upon ‘GTTG’ collaborator Joel Cummins to do a track at Color Red Studios during this summer’s Umphrey’s McGee run at Red Rocks. From there, he filled out the session with Allen Aucoin (The Disco Biscuits) on drums and Josh Fairman (SunSquabi, Analog Son) on bass.
