The Werk Out Festival has announced its daily lineup schedule for August 1st-August 3rd, 2019. In its 10th year founded and curated by The Werks, this year presents the most robust lineup yet with Big Gigantic, STS9, The Claypool Lennon Delirium, Steel Pulse, The Floozies, Twiddle, Matisyahu, and more rounding out the genre-spanning lineup handpicked by the festival’s namesake band. In addition, the festival has announced single-day tickets available for the first time in their history.
This July, the multi-talented & GRAMMY-nominated artist Matisyahu will be continuing his incendiary summer tour on July 5th at Milwaukee’s Summerfest. It’s finally that time of the year. The tenth anniversary of the biggest reggae festival in America, California Roots Music and Arts Festival is upon us, and Cali Roots X promises to be the biggest installment yet. What started a decade ago as an intimate, one-day get together in Monterey has evolved into a movement unlike anything else in the world.
This summer, Slightly Stoopid will bring along special guests Matisyahu, Tribal Seeds and HIRIE. 2019’s North American route will take the band on 28 stops from California’s Pacific Ocean across the Atlantic seaboard, with additional dates to be announced including stops in Europe.
The 10th annual California Roots Music and Arts Festival has announced their second round of artists. Joining an already impressive lineup are scene favorites Rebelution, Dirty Heads, Pepper, Collie Buddz, The Green, and Alborosie. Making their debuts at the event are Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, UB40 feat. Ali & Astro, Kabaka Pyramid, The Elovaters, and Roots of a Rebellion. Also a special Matisyahu set performing the set list from his classic Live at Stubbs album rounds out the announcement.
GRAMMY-nominated artist Matisyahu will be hosting his annual Festival of Light on December 6 at Brooklyn Steel. This year’s Festival of Light will feature performances from Matisyahu and Soul Rebels along with surprise guests throughout the night. A special guest appearance by prolific producer and multi-instrumentalist GriZ is one of several confirmed artists who will join Matisyahu for a truly unique evening.
